Quick cheese puffs

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cover the parchment baking sheet paper.
  2. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface sprinkled with a rolling pin. Brush the excess flour with a brush. In a small bowl mix mustard with a little water so that it became thinner. Spread mustard over the entire surface of the dough.
  3. In a small bowl, combine cheese, thyme and a little black pepper. Sprinkle the whole layer of dough with cheese mixture. Carefully walk around dough with a rolling pin, so as to slightly crush the filling into it. Chop the dough 5 cm squares and hold 2 opposite corners of each square in the center, or leave them flat. Put on prepared pan.
  4. Bake until puffs are lush and rosy, 10-14 minutes. Serve them warm or at room temperature.
