  • 1 tbsp. pesto with basil, see recipe below

Turkey sausage stuffing

  • 2/3 Art. chicken broth
  • 60 gr chipotle (smoked red jalapeno peppers) in sauce adobo
  • 900 gr. ground turkey
  • 1 tbsp. l ground sage
  • 1 tbsp. l dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp. l ground cumin
  • 3 tbsp. l salt
  • 2 tbsp. l ground black pepper

Pesto with basil

  • 1 tbsp. fresh basil leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 tbsp. pecans or pine nuts
  • 1/4 Art. grated parmesan
  • 1 tbsp. l salt

Recipe preparation:

  1. Put the wheat tortillas on the table. 6 cakes will be top part of the sandwich, and 6 – the bottom. Spread the sausage evenly minced turkey on 6 lower tortillas.
