Quesadilla with turkey and guacamole sauce

  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp ground coriander

  • Cilantro for decoration

Guacamole Sauce

  • 1 ripe Haas avocado, cut in half, pitted, peeled
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • 2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp. l lime juice
  • 1-2 tbsp. l chopped green cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno, peeled and minced
  • 1 small clove of garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste

Recipe preparation:

  1. Guacamole Sauce: Mash the avocados in a large bowl. Add tomato, green onion, lime juice, cilantro, jalapeno and stir the garlic. Cover and refrigerate until served. Output: 1 tbsp.
