- 450 gr hot sausages
- 1/2 tbsp. thinly chopped red onions
- 1/2 tbsp. barbecue sauce
- 4 (25 cm) tortillas
- 1 tbsp. (115 gr.) Grated cheese
- Salsa and sour cream sauce for serving

Recipe preparation:
- Fry chopped sausages in a well-heated pan. onion until rosy. Add the barbecue sauce and mix. Spread 2 tortillas on a flat surface. Cover each 1/2 tbsp. cheese. Divide the sausage mixture between the tortillas. Sprinkle each 1/4 Art. cheese. Cover with the remaining tortillas.
- Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Add some oil (so that the bottom of the pan is covered). Sauté quesadillas over one at a time on both sides until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. with each side.
- Cut into segments and serve with sour cream and salsa.
