Dessert quesadillas can be prepared with fruit filling. This version with bananas, chocolate and cinnamon is proposed to be fried on grill and add vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce. Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 wheat tortillas with a diameter of 25 cm.
- 2 tbsp. l melted butter
- 1 medium-sized banana, sliced thinly
- 1/4 Art. semisweet chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp. l brown sugar plus extra for topping
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- Vanilla ice cream, optional
- Dolce de leche caramel sauce, optional

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the grill to a moderate heat. Sprinkle grill grill culinary spray.
- Lubricate 1 side of the tortilla with a little melted butter. Put the tortilla on the grill, smeared side way down. Spread the banana slices on the tortilla, top evenly sprinkle chocolate chips. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Place the remaining tortilla on top of the bananas. Grease creamy oil and sprinkle on top with a little brown Sahara.
- Grill for 3-4 minutes. on each side while chocolate will not melt and bananas will not become soft.
- Cut into triangular pieces and serve with ice cream and caramel sauce, optional. Serve immediately.
