  1. Fry chopped bacon in a dry frying pan (seven strips postpone).
  2. Add onions to it, fry together, stirring occasionally.
  3. Five minutes later, pour buckwheat, salt and pepper, remove from fire.
  4. Gutted quail stuffed with chilled buckwheat with bacon. Lightly salt on top. Secure with a wooden toothpick.
  5. Wrap deferred bacon.
  6. Transfer to baking dish, put on each quail sprigs of thyme.
  7. Put the form for half an hour in the oven at 180 degrees.
  8. Serve the finished quail, decorating to taste.
