  1. Gutted and washed quail cut the breast into two parts.
  2. Transfer them to a pot (3 liters), pour cold water, cook for 15 minutes after boiling.
  3. In a slightly boiling meat broth add diced or potato wedges. Bring to a boil again.
  4. Add frozen Brussels sprouts to the boiling meat broth. cabbage, lightly salt, pepper, cook for another 10 minutes.
