  1. On the table, spread the cling film in several layers. To lay out lame fish plates on it.
  2. Place cream cheese on an even layer of fish. Further – chopped greens.
  3. Cut olives in half and lay on greens
  4. Close and boiled quail eggs are laid tightly.
  5. Using a film, lift one edge and wrap around the eggs, fasten the edges of the roll.
  6. Stand the roll for 30 minutes in the freezer, then put in fridge.
  7. Hold it in the freezer again just before serving, so the roll is easier cut yourself.
  8. Free from film and cut into portion rolls, decorate greens.
