- 2 tsp paprika
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 bunch chopped green onions
- 3 tbsp. lightly salted chicken stock
- 1/4 Art. flour
- 1 tbsp. l Worcester sauce
- 3/4 Art. frozen peas

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 245 degrees. Grease 2 baking sheets with a spray. In a large bowl, beat the egg whites with paprika and 1/2 tsp. salt and black pepper. Add potatoes, mix. Give surplus eggs drain, then put the potatoes on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with spray and bake for 20-30 minutes until golden crisp. Do not forget flip potatoes when it is half ready.
- Meanwhile, sprinkle a large non-stick pan with a spray. Put half the green onion, cook over medium heat 1-2 minutes to softness. Add 1/2 tbsp. chicken stock. Add flour, mix until smooth, then gradually add the remaining 2.5 tbsp. broth and Worcester sauce. Boil stirring occasionally, 6-8 minutes, until the mixture thickens. Add chicken and peas, warm the mixture for 3 minutes. (Can dilute with one glass of water if it is too thick).
- Spread the mozzarella cheese evenly on the chicken mixture. Lay out layers of potatoes and chicken on plates, sprinkle the remaining on top green onions.
