  • 110 gr. diced mozzarella cheese
  • 900 gr. yellow potatoes, cut into strips 0.5 mm thick cm.
  • Special grease spray
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 1 bunch chopped green onions
  • 3 tbsp. lightly salted chicken stock
  • 1/4 Art. flour
  • 1 tbsp. l Worcester sauce
  • 3/4 Art. frozen peas

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 245 degrees. Grease 2 baking sheets with a spray. In a large bowl, beat the egg whites with paprika and 1/2 tsp. salt and black pepper. Add potatoes, mix. Give surplus eggs drain, then put the potatoes on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with spray and bake for 20-30 minutes until golden crisp. Do not forget flip potatoes when it is half ready.
  2. Meanwhile, sprinkle a large non-stick pan with a spray. Put half the green onion, cook over medium heat 1-2 minutes to softness. Add 1/2 tbsp. chicken stock. Add flour, mix until smooth, then gradually add the remaining 2.5 tbsp. broth and Worcester sauce. Boil stirring occasionally, 6-8 minutes, until the mixture thickens. Add chicken and peas, warm the mixture for 3 minutes. (Can dilute with one glass of water if it is too thick).
  3. Spread the mozzarella cheese evenly on the chicken mixture. Lay out layers of potatoes and chicken on plates, sprinkle the remaining on top green onions.
