  1. Purslane well washed. Separate the thick stems.
  2. Boil water with salt. Spread first thick Purslane stalks and cook for 4 minutes, then add the rest and cook for another 3 minutes. Throw back into a colander.
  3. Let’s prepare the dressing. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Add vinegar and salt, mix.
  4. Purslane season with the resulting sauce. We clean in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to let the salad marinate.
