Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1/2 tbsp. pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 tbsp. low fat yogurt

  • 2 tbsp. l maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp. l cider vinegar
  • A small piece of ginger, peeled and grated
  • A pinch of cinnamon, and even more for decoration
