Lean Pumpkin Pea Soup Recipe
To make us soup will need:
- pumpkin pulp 500 gr
- 2-3 potatoes
- half a glass of dry peas

- parsley root

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1.5 liters of water

You can make a lean pumpkin soup with peas. So:
Dry peas should be soaked overnight. Then drain the water and cook peas until tender, add diced potatoes, and 10 minutes after boiling – grated and fried carrots, parsley root and sliced pumpkin. Salt the soup to taste and cook until the pumpkin becomes translucent.
To get the soup puree, mash the soup with a crush or skip through blender. Then the soup should be boiled again.
