  1. The peculiarity of the risotto is that it is cooked in a broth, in this case – on vegetable broth. Therefore, in 1 liter of water you need to dilute bouillon cube.

  2. Fry shallots, chopped into small cubes, in olive oil and add rice to the pan, fry everything for several minutes, then pour 600 ml of vegetable broth. Pumpkin risotto
