  1. In a pan (4 liters) with vegetable oil fry chopped onions, add carrots grated on it medium grater, lightly fry together.
  2. Add the pumpkin, chopped into large cubes, stir. Pour cold water so that it only covers vegetables, a little salt and pepper.
  3. Bring to a boil under a closed lid and cook for another 15 minutes.
  4. Then drain the liquid, puree the vegetables with a blender.
  5. Add cream, stir, turn off the heat.
  6. For crackers, cut the loaf into small cubes. Share on pan with butter, sprinkle with spices and fry until formed golden color.
  7. Ready soup served with breadcrumbs and herbs.
