A recipe for homemade pasta with pumpkin.

- 4 tbsp. premium wheat flour and optionally for sprinkles
- 450 gr pumpkin puree

- 220 gr butter
- 6 sage leaves

Recipe preparation:
- Boil a large pot of salted water. Sprinkle pan with flour.
- Make pasta: put flour and pumpkin puree in the kitchen combine and grind at short intervals until mixture will form in the dough, about 1 minute.
- Place the dough on a floured surface. Divide by 4 equal parts. Roll and cut the paste to the desired thickness or use a pasta machine. Cut the paste to the desired length, transfer to prepared baking sheet and sprinkle with flour (to the paste did not stick together). If you are not going to cook pasta immediately, keep it covered with cling film for no more than 4 hours (see note).
- Cook the paste until it is soft, while not letting it boil (in the center there should be no undercooked dough), 2-5 minutes, depending on thickness and shape. Dry well.
- Cook the sage butter: melt the butter in large frying pan over medium heat. Add sage and cook, stirring occasionally until the leaves become crispy and the butter it starts to lightly fry and acquires a nutty flavor. Pour 1 tsp salt. Add the paste to the pan and mix well. Salt and pepper. Note: You can also freeze pasta directly on the pan until hard. Fold it in a reusable bag fastener and store no more than a month.
