  1. Cut the pumpkin into a large cube.

  5. Add pumpkin, thyme leaves, salt. Stir fry quarter of an hour.
  6. Put frying in a pan, add lentils and pour boiling water. Boil on fire for less than an average 25-30 minutes . Check the soup for salt.
  7. Pour the finished soup into a blender cup and mash.
  8. Pour into serving plates, garnish with fried sesame seeds.
