  1. We will clear a pumpkin of a skin and sunflower seeds. Cut into large pieces.
  2. In a pan, heat the vegetable oil and over high heat fry pumpkin slices until golden brown.
  3. While preparing the pumpkin, prepare the sauce for it. Garlic and herbs chop, mix with sour cream.
  4. Add the sauce to the pumpkin, salt, pepper to taste, mix and cover with a lid. Then simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes. Pieces pumpkins will become soft, but remain intact.
  5. The dish goes well with any meat, but it is especially successful complement chicken fillet.
  6. All is ready! Enjoy your meal!
