Delicious pumpkin dumplings will appeal to both children and adults. So great to cook them at home in the fall, in the pumpkin season! We make the filling from pumpkins with cottage cheese – it turns out well, very tasty!

- We clean the pumpkin, boil it in water, add sugar. Connect pumpkin, egg, cottage cheese and sugar. Beat with a blender until smooth masses.
- Then add most of the flour and knead the dough. The rest of the flour is introduced a little bit, focusing on their flour and juiciness of pumpkin.
- The dough should be smooth and slightly sticky.
- We divide it into 3 parts and each roll out with a plait. Each we cut the tourniquet into pieces.
- We lay the dumplings on the board. And then toss in boiled water.
- Add sugar and salt to water to taste. When the water boils add dumplings and mix. Dumplings will pop up – cook them 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Put the butter on the dumplings on top and serve in a hot. Enjoy your meal!
