  1. Sesame seeds to fry in a dry pan.
  2. Peel potatoes, onions, carrots.
  3. Finely chop the half of carrots and onions and fry on vegetable oil with spices.
  4. Cut the pumpkin into large pieces.

  5. Cut the potatoes into large pieces.
  6. In 2-3 liters of salted water, boil chicken broth with half onions and half carrots.
  7. After that, remove the chicken, separate the meat from the bones, take it apart on the fibers. Keep warm.
  8. Dip the potatoes into the broth and cook until boiling, then add the pumpkin. Cook for 20 minutes.
  9. Pour out most of the broth from the pan, punch with a blender mashed vegetables. Pour the broth back into the pan.
  10. Add spiced vegetables to the soup.
  11. Cook over low heat for another 10 minutes.
  12. Pour into serving plates, lay on top of the fiber chicken, sprinkle with fried sesame seeds and chopped herbs. Top with a few drops of olive oil and cream.
