- Cut the cucumber into cubes. Mix in a bowl with pepper, salt, vinegar and dill.
- Boil the pasta until ready, put it in a colander and mix with vinegar.
- Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, tabasco and Worcester sauce. Add lemon juice.
- Cover a large deep salad bowl with cling film. To the bottom salad bowls spread the corn, align in one layer. Next spread half the chopped lettuce leaves, then the shrimp. Water the dressing. Next, spread the grated carrot.
- Then spread a layer of pasta, basil leaves, grated cheese and remaining lettuce.
- We spread cucumbers with the next layer. We put on a salad bowl flat a plate, put something heavy on top and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
- As soon as the salad is infused, turn it on a flat plate and serve, decorating with herbs.
