In recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1 pack (450-500 gr.) Fresh puff pastry, thaw
  • 1 egg, beat
  • 1 tbsp. mashed potatoes
  • 1/2 tbsp. diced boiled carrots or green beans
  • 1/2 tbsp. frozen peas, thaw
  • 1/4 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tbsp. l chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp. l chopped mint
  • 1 tbsp. l ground ginger
  • Salt and cayenne pepper
  • Yogurt
  • Cranberry Sauce (see recipe here)

Recipe preparation:

  1. Stir in a bowl mashed potatoes, vegetables, peas, curry, cilantro, peppermint, ginger, salt and pepper.
