- First prepare the dressing. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, cream. Beat with a whisk, add salt and pepper. Chop finely dill and add to the sauce.
- We clear peppers from ponytails, seeds and partitions, cut into strips. Peel the carrots and cut into thin straws. Chop the onion into feathers. We clean the eggs and cut them into circles. Cheese rub on a fine grater.
- Dip green peas in salted boiling water, cook in within 3 minutes. We recline in a colander and douse with cold water, dry.
- In a preheated pan, fry the bacon until golden. We spread it on a paper towel. Cut into small pieces.
- In a transparent salad bowl we spread layers of spinach first, then carrots, peas, then comes onions, sweet peppers and iceberg lettuce. Pour salad dressing and sprinkle with cheese. Level the surface and lay out the egg circles. Before serving, spread the bacon.
