Incredibly delicious minced chicken balls baked in oven in puff yeastless dough. Dough we buy ready for time saving. Balls can be eaten both hot and cooled down. Cooking them at home is not so long, but it turns out very appetizingly!

- We take ready-made chicken mince or make it ourselves from chicken meat minced or minced blender.
- We clean the onions and garlic cloves, chopped very finely.
- Add chopped onions, garlic, salt and chicken seasonings to the minced meat.
- Stir all these ingredients in a deep bowl until homogeneity. We beat off the forcemeat: we pick up a small amount in the palm and then throw it back into the bowl – so it will become tastier.
- We make small balls from minced meat. Roll them in flour.
- Roll out the finished puff yeast-free dough with a rolling pin 3 mm thick. Cut into long strips 5-7 mm wide.
- Wrap meat balls in strips of dough. On 1 ball takes 2-3 strips about 40 cm long. Glomeruli turn out. Put them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
- Top the dough of balls with a beaten raw egg with adding a small amount of milk.
- Place the baking sheet in a hot oven. Bake at 180 degrees 35-40 minutes until golden brown.
