  1. Peel the ginger. Finely chop the tomato and ginger. In the pan pour 2 tbsp. l butter, spread tomato, garlic and olive herbs. Warm up for five minutes, stirring. Then cool.
  2. Mix the oil from the pan with the remaining oil. Meat rub with pepper and salt, spread in the marinade, close and pickle for two hours at room temperature. In a refrigerator can marinate for up to twelve hours.
