Meat in dried apricots and prunes in pots

For cooking potted meat in the oven to us will need:

  • meat (any) 1 kg
  • dried apricots 150 gr
  • prunes 150 gr
  • lemon juice 1 teaspoon
  • hard cheese 200-250 gr
  • tomato 2 medium pcs
  • onions 2 medium heads
  • spices to taste

You can cook potted roast like this:

Fresh or thawed meat is well washed and chopped in small pieces.

Dried apricots and prunes are also washed and cut into 4 parts, tomatoes and chop the onion into cubes, and grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Mix all the ingredients, salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with lemon juice and send the refrigerator to marinate for 3 hours.

When the meat has stood in the fridge for the required time, mix it and distribute in pots.

We send pots of meat and dried apricots to preheated oven to 220 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
