  1. Peel and dice potatoes, spread out over to the pots.
  2. We also clean the pumpkin, remove the seeds, cut into cubes and also lay out in pots.
  3. Peel and finely chop the garlic. We cut lamb in small cubes.
  4. Pour the vegetable oil into the preheated pan, we spread garlic, fennel, coriander and zira. Also in the pan add lamb, pepper and fry over high heat.
  5. Thinly cut mushrooms and put in pots, top put the lamb.
  6. Cut leek rings, three carrots on a grater. On in a pan, add oil and fry leeks and carrots. Put the heat in pots. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  7. Salt each pot, and pour 2/3 of boiling water, close lids and set to simmer in the oven for 2 hours. Do not pull out pots immediately, and turn off the oven and wait 30 minutes.
  8. Enjoy your meal.
