It is just insanely delicious. You can put anything inside: mushrooms, cheese block, fried minced meat, boiled egg with green onions. For those who fasting: remove butter, eggs and milk. Add 3/4 cup potato water and about 4 tbsp (instead of 2 tbsp) flour. Perhaps the flour will take a little more.

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender.
  2. Fry mushrooms with onions also until cooked.
