  1. We clean the washed potatoes, randomly cut and boil in salted water until tender. We drain the water, mashed potatoes, cool.
  2. We clean and wash the onion, cut in half rings and fry in oil until beautiful golden color.
  3. Mix mashed potatoes with 1/4 onion and egg, pepper and salt to taste, knead the stuffing for zraz.
  4. Грибы моем, чистим, нарезаем и жарим до готовности, соединяем с 3/4 лука. Add salt and pepper to taste.
