- We wash the greens with running water, chop.
- Peel the garlic and potatoes, wash. Pass the garlic through the press. Dip the potatoes in a pan with salted water and boil until readiness for 20-25 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes.
- Mix the cottage cheese in a bowl with sour cream, chopped herbs and garlic mashed potatoes. Add salt and pepper. Mix again.
