  1. We wash the greens with running water, chop.
  2. Peel the garlic and potatoes, wash. Pass the garlic through the press. Dip the potatoes in a pan with salted water and boil until readiness for 20-25 minutes, depending on the size of the potatoes.
  3. Mix the cottage cheese in a bowl with sour cream, chopped herbs and garlic mashed potatoes. Add salt and pepper. Mix again.
  4. Divide the slightly cooled potatoes in half and spread cottage cheese and sour cream dressing on the surface of each half.
  5. Serve the dish warm enough (slightly hot), decorating with greens.
