  1. Cooking tuna sauce. Put tuna without juice in a blender bowl, anchovies, capers, mayonnaise, lemon juice, pepper, optionally garlic, onion, herbs. Beat until smooth.
  2. Boil potatoes. Put in a blender, add dill, pepper, salt, tuna sauce, olive oil, mashed.
  3. Cut tomatoes of the same size into two parts, remove the middle.
  4. Fill tomato halves with cream using a cookbook bag, garnish with greens.
