When I hear about the rabbit, one pops up in my memory humorous number, the essence of which was to remove a report about a rabbit farm and there were such words: “Rabbits are not only valuable fur, but also 2, 3, 4 kg. dietary meat … .. ” Does anyone remember this ridiculous number shown in the program “Full house”!??? Really rabbit meat is dietetic and for me very very tasty. Potatoes with this meat are plague. But do not worry if you do not have a rabbit, then such potatoes can cook with lamb on the bones or chicken (chicken legs).
Let’s get started!

- Take a saucepan and pour in sunflower oil and add a piece of cream.
- When the sunflower heats up, and the creamy melt put in a pot of rabbit slices. Sauté it over medium heat until golden color, about 10-15 minutes.
- After the rabbit becomes rosy, release the chopped julienne onions and sauté it for 5 minutes.
- Cut carrots into circles or grate on a coarse grater and release into the pan to fry, and fry another 5 minutes.
- Add salt, spices, tomato paste, sugar (for in order to balance the sour taste of tomato paste), all is well mix.
- Cut the potatoes into large cubes (medium potatoes divide by 6 parts), send to the pot to the rabbit and vegetables.
- Mix well all ingredients in a saucepan and pour boiling water, until it covers all the potatoes. Put leaves of parsley, cover the pan with a lid and stew potatoes with rabbit for 60 minutes. Important while potatoes with a rabbit it does NOT NEED to be stewed out.
- At the end of the quenching time, add finely to the pan chopped garlic, mix and hold on the fire for another 5 minutes. All potato stew with rabbit ready to serve. When serving it would be nice to add chopped herbs in a plate in the form of parsley or green onions. Enjoy your meal.
