  1. Rinse bones with vegetables, clean and boil for 2 hours in salted water. Strain the broth.
  2. Diced and peeled potatoes cut into cubes and cook in received broth.
  3. In butter, fry the flour until light brown.
  4. Add finely chopped parsley, onion.
  5. Pour 1/2 cup of water and mix.
  6. Stir the resulting dressing, put in soup and continue cook for 4 minutes. Add sour cream at the end and boil until boiling.
