  1. Peel and finely chop the shallots. Spread in a stewpan, pour wine and put on a slow fire. Stew for 5 minutes until the wine is completely evaporated.
  2. Thoroughly wash the potato and cook until tender. Drain the water and cool a bit.
  3. We remove the stems from the sorrel. Put the leaves in a blender and chopped with the addition of olive oil, lemon peel, juice lemon and honey.
  4. Peel the warm potatoes and cut them into large slices, put in a salad bowl and add shallots. Water half refuel and mix.
