- Wash, peel, boil and cool the potatoes.
- Rinse salted mushrooms with running water, drop in a colander. Allow water to drain.
- Cut the potatoes into small pieces, mushrooms – into strips, cucumber in half circles, chop finely onion.
Gently mix all ingredients in a volumetric bowl, season to taste with salt, black pepper, oil.
Serve in a salad bowl.
