  1. We will prepare all the necessary ingredients in advance.
  2. Potato cut into slices. Heat a frying pan with 1 tbsp. spoon of vegetable oil and fry potato wedges about 5 minutes over medium heat, a golden crust should form.
  3. Add meat to the potato and fry for 2 minutes each side.
  4. We shift the potatoes into a baking dish.
  5. Add chopped onion to the meat and fry for about 2 minutes.
  6. We shift the onions and meat to the potatoes and send them to bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  7. Cherry tomatoes are cut in half. Chop the pepper and lightly fry in a pan.
  8. Put the finished potato wedges in a bowl, add olives, capers and spices. Add pepper, cherry tomatoes and arugula. We mix everything.
  9. Put pesto sauce on a plate and spread the salad.
  10. We cut the meat into plates. Put the meat on top of the salad and decorate with a lemon slice.
