- We will prepare all the necessary ingredients in advance.
- Potato cut into slices. Heat a frying pan with 1 tbsp. spoon of vegetable oil and fry potato wedges about 5 minutes over medium heat, a golden crust should form.
- Add meat to the potato and fry for 2 minutes each side.
- We shift the potatoes into a baking dish.
- Add chopped onion to the meat and fry for about 2 minutes.
- We shift the onions and meat to the potatoes and send them to bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Cherry tomatoes are cut in half. Chop the pepper and lightly fry in a pan.
- Put the finished potato wedges in a bowl, add olives, capers and spices. Add pepper, cherry tomatoes and arugula. We mix everything.
- Put pesto sauce on a plate and spread the salad.
- We cut the meat into plates. Put the meat on top of the salad and decorate with a lemon slice.
