  1. Fill the fish with water and put on fire. Boil until cooked 5-8min. Cool and disassemble into pieces.
  2. Boil potatoes and mash with cream butter.
  3. Finely chop the parsley.
  4. In a bowl, combine potatoes, fish, greens, salt, pepper. Mix gently.
  5. Wet cutlets with wet hands (it will turn out about 8pcs.), roll the patties in flour.
  6. Fry in a frying pan with a small amount of oil 5 minutes on each side. Enjoy your meal!
