  1. Wash, peel and chop the potatoes. Boil in salted water.

  2. Mash boiled potatoes in mashed potatoes.

  3. Add two tablespoons of butter to the puree egg yolk.

  4. Stir well.

  6. Put the pan on the fire, pour vegetable oil and fry the tunes.
