Recipe
Tasty lunch and dinner. Great for a festive table. Very tender, tasty and juicy cutlets, to cook them at home is not so complicated. Cold is even tastier.
Let’s get started!

Great job
Bon appetit, I hope you had fun with us!
Steps
Steps taken: 0/0
- Peel the potatoes, rinse, add salt and water, cook until readiness (approximately 30-35 minutes).
- Add salt to the ground beef to taste (1 tsp), 1 tsp dried dill, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1/2 tsp red pepper, chopped onion -1 pc (chopped with a meat grinder). Mix everything well.
- Finely chop the onion (1 pc), fry 50 g of vegetable oils. Add ground beef, mix well, and simmer until readiness, approximately 25-30 minutes.
- Add 80 g of tomato paste (2 tbsp. With a hill) and 100 ml to the minced meat water, mix everything. Simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Grind the finished potatoes with a pusher, add 100 g of butter, 200 g of flour, stir well (if salt must be added).
- We form cutlets: take 1 tablespoon (with a slide) mashed potatoes, make “flat cake” add 1 tbsp. minced meat (add cheese if desired). We form a patty, sprinkle with breadcrumbs. I do in gloves, if you do without, moisten your hands with water so as not to stuck.
- Fry the patties, on each side for 2-3 minutes, until golden crust. I got 14 large cutlets (weighing 150 each). They are even tastier cold. Have a nice appetite!
