  1. Peel potatoes, cut into cubes and cook in salted water.
  2. Fry chopped onion. Then add the sweet paste pepper and spices, cook a minute.
  3. Pour the mixture to the finished bulgur and mix.
  4. Mash potatoes to make mashed potatoes. Add along with chopped herbs, mint to bulgur, salt and stir.
  5. From the mass we form cutlets. Enjoy your meal!
