  1. We will prepare all the necessary ingredients.
  2. Peel and chop celery and garlic.
  3. Cut the white part of the leek.
  4. Wash the potato, peel it and cut it.
  5. Take a stewpan, heat a couple of tablespoons of olive oil in it, put celery, garlic and onions. Fry vegetables until light goldenness. Then pour about 1.5-2 liters of boiling water.
  6. Add chopped potatoes to the broth, cover with a lid, but not completely. Cook for another 10 minutes.
  7. Approximately 5 minutes before being ready, add the finished roasting. MAGGI.
  8. Serve with herbs.
