- We will prepare all the necessary ingredients.  

 - Peel and chop celery and garlic.
 - Cut the white part of the leek.
 - Wash the potato, peel it and cut it.
 - Take a stewpan, heat a couple of tablespoons of olive oil in it, put celery, garlic and onions. Fry vegetables until light goldenness. Then pour about 1.5-2 liters of boiling water.
 - Add chopped potatoes to the broth, cover with a lid, but not completely.  Cook for another 10 minutes.  

 - Approximately 5 minutes before being ready, add the finished roasting. MAGGI.
 - Serve with herbs.
