- First, peel 10-12 medium-sized potatoes and put to cook. Add salt, a little ground pepper to the water, whole peeled onion and bay leaf.
- While potatoes are being cooked, knead the dough by adding an egg to the flour, salt, some sunflower oil and water. Cut a small piece dough, roll it with sausage, cut into small pieces. Roll out the dumplings.
- Pour water from potatoes into another pan, then boil in it vareniki. Make mashed potatoes from boiled potatoes, adding a little milk and sunflower oil.
- On the juices we spread the cooked mashed potatoes and sculpt the dumplings.
- We put the broth previously fused from potatoes on the fire, bring to boil and cook dumplings. We put on the table with sour cream or milk.
