Potato Dumplings with Green Peas

Potato dumplings (Paul pierogi), taken as a basis lettuce, are a fairly simple semi-finished dish. But skilled housewives usually do not take ready-made dumplings, but make them yourself. Recipe:

In a large bowl, mix 2 tbsp. l mayonnaise, sour cream and chopped green chives, 1 tbsp. l apple cider vinegar cider and chopped dill, 1 tsp. Dijon mustard and a pinch salt. Boil 400 gr. frozen potato dumplings (for it’s better to choose mini dumplings), 5-10 minutes after surfacing, adding 1 tbsp. frozen green peas. Throw it in a colander rinse under cold water.
