  1. Wash the chicken, add water and cook for 1 hour. At boil, remove the foam, salt the broth.

  9. Let it wind a little.

  10. Put rice in boiling broth. Add pepper and bay leaf. Cook for 10 minutes. Return the meat to the broth.

  11. Put the frying, cook for 7-10 minutes over low heat.

  12. Dip the potato dumplings into the broth and cook for 3-4 minutes. how only dumplings will pop up – they are ready. When serving, sprinkle soup greens.
