- In salted water, boil the ham until ready. Give cool off. Separate the meat from the bone.
- Peel and finely chop the potatoes, boil until tender. Drain the liquid.
- Using a batter (not a blender), crush the potatoes until mashed, add butter. Shuffle.
- Add eggs and 2-3 tbsp. flour, mix, add salt and pepper to taste.
- Finely chop the onion and fry in a pan with a small amount of oil.
- Grind the chicken in a blender (not too finely), add to stir onion, fry for another 5 minutes.
- Form cakes from potatoes. Center the chicken with onions (about 2 tsp), form cutlets.
- Roll the patties in flour or, if desired, in breadcrumbs breadcrumbs.
- Fry in a frying pan with butter on both sides until readiness, to a golden crust.
