  1. In salted water, boil the ham until ready. Give cool off. Separate the meat from the bone.
  2. Peel and finely chop the potatoes, boil until tender. Drain the liquid.
  3. Using a batter (not a blender), crush the potatoes until mashed, add butter. Shuffle.
  4. Add eggs and 2-3 tbsp. flour, mix, add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Finely chop the onion and fry in a pan with a small amount of oil.
  6. Grind the chicken in a blender (not too finely), add to stir onion, fry for another 5 minutes.
  7. Form cakes from potatoes. Center the chicken with onions (about 2 tsp), form cutlets.
  8. Roll the patties in flour or, if desired, in breadcrumbs breadcrumbs.
  9. Fry in a frying pan with butter on both sides until readiness, to a golden crust.
