  • 1/4 Art. sour cream
  • 1/4 Art. mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp. l sriracha sauce
  • Fresh chopped chives for decoration
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Recipe preparation:

  1. Cook the potato balls as indicated on the package. Lower oven temperature to 200 ° C and drizzle lightly culinary spray baking dish (diameter 22 cm).
  2. Fry the bacon in a small skillet over medium heat, turning over once, until crisp – about 8 minutes. Shift on a plate covered with a paper towel, then chop.
  3. Put the potato balls in a prepared form, lightly pressing down. Put cheese and bacon on top. Bake for about 5 minutes. until the cheese melts. Meanwhile, combine sour cream, mayonnaise and sriracha sauce. Sprinkle the casserole with hot mayonnaise and sprinkle chives.
