  1. Defrost broccoli. Peel the potatoes and cut into large cubes. Chop garlic and onion.
  2. Pour a teaspoon of vegetable oil into a stewpan and fry onions and garlic until transparent. Add broccoli and potatoes. Cover and simmer for about 5-10 minutes.
  3. Pour in the cream and a little water. Add salt and pepper to to taste. Stew until vegetables are ready for about 15 minutes. Ready soup pierce with a blender.
  4. Serve garnished with herbs and grated cheese.
