It is very convenient to cook soups in portioned ceramic at home potted, preparation of products takes a minimum of time – cut, mixed, cleaned in the oven. Everything is very simple and very tasty.

  1. In a volumetric bowl, mix the diced meat, onion, tomatoes, eggplant, peppers, potatoes and chopped on medium grater carrots. Lightly salt and pepper.
  2. The resulting meat-vegetable mixture is distributed in portions ceramic pots, filling them in 2/3 of the volume.
  3. Put in each pot 1 clove passed through garlic press.
  4. Pour cold water flush with vegetables and meat.
  5. Close the pots with lids and put in the oven for an hour at temperature of 180 degrees. Serve the finished soup, sprinkled chopped herbs.
