- In a volumetric bowl, mix the diced meat, onion, tomatoes, eggplant, peppers, potatoes and chopped on medium grater carrots. Lightly salt and pepper.

- The resulting meat-vegetable mixture is distributed in portions ceramic pots, filling them in 2/3 of the volume.

- Put in each pot 1 clove passed through garlic press.
- Pour cold water flush with vegetables and meat.

- Close the pots with lids and put in the oven for an hour at temperature of 180 degrees. Serve the finished soup, sprinkled chopped herbs.
