- 1 onion chopped into thin rings
- 1 chopped clove of garlic
- 1/4 Art. chopped fresh cilantro
- Salt and ground black pepper
- 4 slices of fried crispy bread

Recipe preparation:
- In a medium-sized saucepan over medium-high heat, preheat 2 tbsp. l olive oil. Add bay leaves and paprika and cook, stirring, 30 sec. Put onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, garlic and 2 tbsp. l cilantro, salt and pepper. Cover and cook until soft vegetables, about 10 minutes.
