Delicious zrazy of minced pork can be cooked at home not only with egg or mushroom filling, but also with slices of ham and cheese. To make the dish original, we give the zrazas a non-rounded shape, but oblong. On the side dish you can make potato balls.

  1. Minced pork with egg, ground pepper, salt (2 pinches) and divide into 8 parts. One slice of ham cover a slice of cheese, cut into 4 parts and stack each other to get thin long strips. From 1 part of the stuffing we form an oblong cake and spread in the middle strips of ham and cheese.

  2. Close the stuffing with minced meat, make an oblong cutlet and roll in flour. Using this method, we prepare the whole stuffing.

  3. In hot oil (large quantities), spread prepared zrazy and fry over medium heat until browned crust. Fragrant zrazy with ham and cheese served hot with favorite side dish and fresh chopped vegetables.
