  1. Cut onions and tomatoes into rings.

  9. Cover with a second piece of meat, secure the sides with toothpicks. Dip the meat in mustard mixture on both sides.
  10. Bread in the bread.
  11. Fry in a frying pan with butter on both sides until readiness, approximately 10 minutes on each side. If you do not want fry, you can bake in the oven.
